KoiFish Communications is an independent, full-service PR and marketing agency founded by Dean Rodgers. The company’s mission is simple – to provide high-value, results-driven communications campaigns for companies that are committed to putting the needs of their customers, industry and community first.

By working exclusively with this type of clientele, we are able to become authentic champions and evangelists for these companies rather than simply flacks or spinsters. We believe that this level of client commitment is required to be successful in today’s ever-changing communications environment. KoiFish Communications is a founding member of the Independent Communications Agency Cartel. This organization is made up of small, like-minded practitioners, all of whom have at least 15 years of big agency experience and all of whom have long-established working relationships. The purpose of the Cartel is to serve as a community for idea development, brainstorming and sharing resources. In addition, it provides a deep talent pool for individual agencies should the need for additional expertise or backup arise.
